Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Baobab International (Pty Ltd has been appointed as an agent to STA Health.

Please Contact us if you have any problems.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our product with a 7 day, no questions asked exchange or return policy to our door – excludes courier fees.

  1. All intended returns (shortages, damaged, incorrect order, etc) must be reported within 48 workings hours of delivery to STA Health responsible pharmacist/management.
  2. No short-dated stock or dormant stock will be taken back by STA Health.
  3. Fridge Items are non-returnable.
  4. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, Returns Form and Pick up Slip (All applicable sections MUST be filled in), parcels must be packed according to GPP standards for transportation.
  5. Stock to be returned, must be received by STA Health in the saleable condition it was received by the client (no stickers or marks on the product or packaging).
  6. For any credit that has not been passed, the client must be able to provide proof of collection, before STA Health can start investigating the query.
  7. It is the client’s responsibility to keep proof of any parcels that has been collected by STA Health or its couriers.
  8. NB! STA Health will not accept orders for credit or bear any liability or responsibility for any goods sent to STA Health, without being reported and accompanied by proper documentation.
  9. Products compounded for a specific practice/ client- is non-returnable.
  10. A credit value will be allocated to the practice/ client’s account. No refunds will be done.
  11. Clients will be held responsible for courier costs associated with the returning goods.
  12. Cooler boxes to be credited, should be accompanied by a Returns form.
